Theses exercises will get you a bigger butt:

First do Hill sprints to build up your butt & burn overall body fat...
  1. Warm-up for 5-to-10 minutes by jogging or fast-pace walking and then...
  2. Do 5-to-7 50-to-100 yard hill sprints, Rest for 10-to-20 minutes and then do 5-to-7 more 50-to-100 yard hill sprints.
  3. After you do each sprint, walk back down the hill, and take a 2-to-3 minute break.

Hold for 45-to-60 seconds and then do 15 more reps lowering your butt up & down off the floor.

Take a 2-3 minute rest after each set and try to use heavier dumbbells or increase the number of reps you do each time so you can continue to add the size you want to your butt.

What Foods should you eat to get a Bigger Butt

First of all I want to say that one thing is certain. To dispel the myths and nonsense that the binging on on junk food is going to get you a bigger butt. The only thing that will achieve is to cause oily breakouts of acne, nauseousness, drowsiness, and perhaps huge amounts of weight gain in undesired areas. Most of these Junk Foods only contain Glucose(suger) and or oils. Very little or no proteins needed for muscle mass growths.

There are as many opinions how to eat correctly as there are people. I can only give some principles for you to think about your eating and to your diet. Think your eating as a whole. It doesn't matter if you eat cake at a friend's house on her or his birthday, just don't do it every day.

Daily choices are more important, than the details of what you eat at once a week. Putting it vice versa, if you eat candy every day all year, it won't make much difference to the result if you once put the candy aside. You can eat whatever you want, just make sure that you eat the correct amount of energy, sugar, salt, fat etc. as a whole. This should also be remembered when trying to lose weight, although eating less you still need to eat healthy and not just drink water or eat cabbage soup. In the long term this doesn't serve muscle growth or your health.

The easiest weight management and weighloss tip is: keep fat, salt and sugar on the minimum! I know this can be at beginning quite hard. You can start by leaving any visible fat and grease aside. Change candy for some tasty fruit, although some fruit can also contain a lot of energy, of course not as much as candy but still. Biggest problem nowadays is that our food hold so much energy that it gets us fat since we normally don't consume 4000kcal a day. For a guidline to your weighloss program of weight management: eat what you consume, eat as much energy that you need the excess goes as fat to your body. The fat will then again keep your butt out of shape, or it might hide the shape. Some women though, can get bigger butt as they eat, since with them it goes straight to their butt. Remember, when your stomach is flat, a flatter butt will look bigger.

bigbuttfoodI want to add that fruits and vegetables are not enough to grow big butt muscle mass, you should be eating protein rich food like pasta, rice, corn, beans. These are essential for your butt to get big. Actually with myself I have noticed that intake of large quantities of just these products cause the buttocks to grow immensly, But the larger intake of these high protein foods require the regular big butt exercises as shown at the top of the page.
